One of the oldest traditional herbal formulas, this earthy blend has long been used to stimulate and support women as they nurse the next generation. This supportive blend is crafted to encourage healthy milk flow while nourishing the nervous system and easing postpartum digestion. Add 1–2 tsp of herbs to 1 cup of boiling water, steep 15+ min (covered). Drink 2–3 cups daily, or as needed.

Precautions:
Fenugreek and goat’s rue may affect blood sugar; use caution with diabetes or hypoglycemic medications. Fenugreek and red clover may interact with anticoagulants. Those with Apiaceae (carrot family) allergies should use fennel cautiously.
