This blend has been used to support liver function and detoxification. Add 1 tsp per cup of boiling water and steep 15+min. Drink 2-3 cups a day, or as needed. Honey can be added to reduce bitterness.

Ingredients:

  • Silybum marianum (milk thistle)

Studies shows its support in repairing liver and reversing fatty liver disease. A classic ingredient for liver detox dating back thousands of year. 

  • Taraxacum off. folia (dandelion leaf)
A restorative tonic that is known to protect liver due to its rich composition in phytochemicals. It alleviates issues due to high fat diet.
  • Urtica dioica folia (nettle leaf)

Considered a nutritive in herbalism due to its high vitamin and mineral content. It is also antioxidant and anti-inflammatory to protect liver.

  • Cynara scolymus (artichoke leaf)

Known to protect your liver from damage and promote the growth of new tissue. It also has been shown to lower cholesterol and blood pressure. 

  • Galium aparine (cleavers)

A cleansing herb that improves the body's ability to eliminate waste through the kidneys, liver, lungs, or skin.

  • Achillea millefolium (yarrow)

The herb of a million uses. Yarrow reduces inflammation and known to help protect liver and kidneys against infection.
