Warm, soothing, and tasty—this synergistic blend is crafted to support your defenses and comfort you when seasonal ick strikes. Add 1 tsp per cup of boiling water and steep 15+ min (covered). Enjoy 2–3 cups daily at first signs, or as needed.

Weight: 100 g (40–60 servings)

Ingredients:

    • Echinacea purpurea & Echinacea angustifolia (echinacea)
Traditionally taken at onset; phenolic-rich roots and tops are used to support a brisk, short-term immune response.
    • Galium aparine (cleavers)

Classic lymphatic mover—light support to keep fluids flowing and clear.

    • Sambucus nigra frutescens (elder berries

Beloved winter allies; flavonoid-rich berries known for their immune-boosting and antiviral properties to combat colds and the flu.

    • Sambucus nigra flora (elder flowers)

Flowers of the elder plant are known to bring heat to the body - these are traditionally used as a diaphoretic to help "sweat out" a fever

    • Euphrasia officinalis (eyebright)

Astringent, mucosa-supportive herb long used for runny noses, watery eyes, and upper-respiratory irritation.

    • Zingiber officinalis (ginger)

Warming circulatory spice that promotes perspiration and digestive ease—perfect for a cozy cup..

    • Glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice)

Soothing, demulcent root that sweetens the blend and supports throat and respiratory comfort.

    • Mentha piperita (peppermint)

Aromatic leaf that opens and refreshes; great for steam-and-sip synergy.

      Precautions:
Persons with allergies to the Asteraceae family should use echinacea cautiously. Licorice is not for use in pregnancy except under qualified supervision and is not recommended for individuals with hypertension, liver disorders, edema, severe kidney insufficiency, low potassium, or heart disease. Ginger, cleavers, peppermint, and eyebright have no known precautions. As always, consult a qualified healthcare practitioner if you are pregnant, nursing, or on medications.
