Clear from the inside out. This blend leans on classic alteratives and gentle nutritives that herbalists use to support the liver, lymph, and skin’s natural glow. Add 1 tsp per cup of boiling water and steep 15+ min. Drink 2–3 cups a day, or as needed.

Ingredients:

• Trifolium pratense (red clover)

• Galium aparine (cleavers)

• Avena sativa (oat tops/straw)
  

Mineral-dense nervine; provides avenanthramides studied for calming irritated skin and normal inflammatory signaling..

• Medicago sativa (alfalfa)

Deeply nutritive leaf offering flavonoids and saponins that back everyday antioxidant support.

• Urtica dioica folia (nettle leaf)

Classic tonic; abundant minerals and documented antioxidant/anti-inflammatory properties—common in complexion blends.

• Smilax spp. (sarsaparilla)

Root beer plant with a long record in traditional skin tonics; often paired with other alteratives.

• Scrophularia nodosa (figwort)
