An ancient Chinese Medicine formula, Change of Season soup or tea has long been used to stimulate the immune system through times of change or need. This classic, kitchen-friendly TCM blend is crafted to gently fortify qi and nourish resilience when the weather (or life) is in flux. Add 1 tsp per cup of boiling water and steep 15+ min. Drink 2–3 cups a day, or as needed.
Weight: 145 g (~30–40 servings)
Ingredients:
-
Astragalus membranaceus (astragalus / huáng qí)
A beloved qi tonic in Traditional Chinese Medicine—often simmered in soups and teas—to support overall vitality and immune tone.
- Codonopsis pilosula (codonopsis / dǎng shēn)
A gentle, food-like adaptogen frequently used in place of ginseng; classically included in tonic formulas for steady, day-to-day support.
- Dioscorea opposita (Chinese yam / shān yào)
A mild, nourishing root traditionally used to support digestion and fluids; a staple in “change-of-season” soups and teas.
- Lycium barbarum (goji / lycii berries)
A tasty yin-nourishing berry long used as a daily tonic; often added to soups and brews when the seasons turn.
